Fee Schedule

For general notary work, we must comply with state laws regarding notary fees. For each person that needs their signature notarized, we can charge $15, plus our travel fees. There may be some additional fees if you need us to provide witnesses for documents, wait at a jailhouse, or some other situations.

If you have need of a notary for other situations where there are no documents to notarize such as swearing in a witness or filing court or county documents then there would be a travel fee and possibly other fees depending on the situation.

The best thing is to call or text us so we have a full understanding of your needs and we can quote you an exact price.

Common Questions

Can a notary give legal advice?
No, notaries are not lawyers and therefore not able to give legal advice. Notaries are prohibited from advising you on whether or not what you are signing is a”good deal” or if there are better companies or prices someplace else.
Do you prepare or provide the document for me?
A notary cannot provide or prepare documents on your behalf. Please do your due diligence ahead of your appointment time to ensure you have the correct documents for your situation. You can also consult an attorney if you see fit.
What type of identification do I need?
Any current form of government identification can be used. This includes state drivers licenses, US passports, state id cards, and some military id cards. There are other id cards that are acceptable but all id cards must contain a photograph, description, signature and identifying number.
What if I don't have any identification? Can I still get a document notarized?
Yes, you can still get a document notarized. If you can provide two witnesses, that have valid identification and are willing to swear to your identity under oath, that can be used in place of your identification.
