Apostille Services

Apostille Services

I provide expedited Apostille services through the Secretary of State’s offices in Sacramento CA.

How valuable is your time?

We all have busy lives and navigating your way through the Secretary of State’s office only to have your request for an Apostille rejected is probably not the best use of your time. There are so many reasons why a document can be rejected including; improper notarization, incorrect wording or incorrect signature. Why frustrate yourself when there is a service available that can ensure that your document is accepted and processed successfully.

We will provide a complimentary review of your document so you will know ahead of time that there are no issues with authentification. Then the document will be hand delivered to the Secretary of State for processing and the Apostille will be sent back to you or delivered personally depending on your needs. If you chose to have the document sent back to you we can provide photo documentation of the completed documents and a tracking number.

Common Questions

What is an Apostille?
An Apostille (pronounced ah-po-stee) is an authentication certificate issued by the California Secretary of State to authenticate the signature of a notary public or other public officers. The Apostille certifies that the official that signed the document is in good standing. The Apostille is then attached to documents to be sent overseas.

The Apostille does not validate the contents of the document. The Secretary of State will only certify signatures on documents that have been signed in the state of California.
